Greetings! As the Apostle Paul spoke peace in a maritime disaster called Eurolcydon, I speak the peace that passes all understanding to you today in lieu of the Cornoavirus pandemic that will forever change our American way of life.
No government agency has the answers you need for all the uncertainties you face right now accept this Jesus whom Paul preached!
When you are baptized in Jesus name and filled with the holyghost and purposing to walk in holiness living you have some precious exceeding promises as a circumcised covenant believer of Abraham Isaac and Jacob.
For example when the ten plagues hit Egypt God protected and guided Israel from the beginning to the end. In the last plague Yahweh instructed Israel to put the blood of a lamb on the door post of their homes as God called for a divine quarantine for the people of God. Anyone could have gotten under this quarentine if they would put the blood on the door post. They would be protected by this frightening plague that struck all of the first bone in the land.
We are the people of the name of Jesus with this kind of protection during this Corona virus attack. It’s time for us to boldly speak the Rehma Word of God into the atmosphere of fear and uncertainties right now. Let me remind you of our precious exceeding promises we have as a a covenant circumcised people in this pandemic
Isaiah 49:16 AMPC
[16] Behold, I have indelibly imprinted (tattooed a picture of) you on the palm of each of My hands; [O Zion] your walls are continually before Me.
Isaiah 43:1 AMPC
[1] But now [in spite of past judgments for Israel’s sins], thus says the Lord, He Who created you, O Jacob, and He Who formed you, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed you [ransomed you by paying a price instead of leaving you captives]; I have called you by your name; you are Mine.
Isaiah 65:23-25 AMPC
[23] They shall not labor in vain or bring forth [children] for sudden terror or calamity; for they shall be the descendants of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them. [24] And it shall be that before they call I will answer; and while they are yet speaking I will hear. [25] The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the ox; and dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt or destroy in all My holy Mount [Zion], says the Lord.
We are a people controlled by the superior love of Calvary and not by our internal and external fears. We are governed at all times by the Word of God.
The Apostle Peter said it well in Acts 4:19-20
Acts 4:19-20 AMPC
[19] But Peter and John replied to them, Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you and obey you rather than God, you must decide (judge). [20] But we [ourselves] cannot help telling what we have seen and heard. So we on one hand must follow the health guidelines laid down by our government. Conversely there will be times we may experience a conflict in obeying Gods word to pray for someone with the coronavirus.
The true people of God are those that are led by the Spirit and his Word according to Romans 8:14. This requires we follow very closely the leadership of the five fold ministry namely the local church pastor. He is the candlestick for the local assembly. He along with the office of the prophet, the Apostle, the teacher and evangelist all will guide the covenant circumcise sheep through this difficult unprecedented crises. We cannot follow the leading of the Spirit without the five fold ministry.
This includes taking directives and mandates from our leadership of the United Pentecostal Church. We have a Presbyter and superintendant. We also have a district board and a national board led by our superintendant David Bernard. We have great leadership to help us in this crisis but we must choose to follow.
1. This means choosing to pay my tithes and offerings online on time and faithfully because of your reverential fear of the word and love of the Lord more than you love your church and pastor.
2. Being accountable for all and any online emergency meetings, cell groups and church services the local church pastor calls for.
3. Being willing to serve in reaching out to emergency services to the saints if the church and city is called into a lock down. Until there is a lock down to be willing to deliver food to saints who cannot leave their homes.
Persecution and hardship of the first century church brought them together in a new way they had not experienced before.
Acts 4:32-34 KJV
[32] And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common. [33] And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all. [34] Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
4. Committing to teach a bible study online
5. Be available to participate in any church prayer chains. Take a one or two hour block and come to the church in two’s and three’s with social distancing. If there is a quarentine be will willing to do this in your home. Start a morning prayer partnership with the saints.
6. Start a small group meeting in your home or online
7. Meet with your leaders once a week to go over church vision and family updates
God has always used calamities and hardships to redirect his people to new divine Paradigm shifts that changed the world. So until further instructed we are canceling all public services. We are encouraging you to prepare for a lock down and quarantine that I feel is coming to our city.
• Please make sure you have three weeks of food stocked up.
• Make sure you have medicines available for three weeks
• Visit our church website for daily updates on the coronavirus as it relates to our local church.
• Follow all of the health recommendations and take this season very serious but without the pancic, worry and anxieties that the public is demonstrating.
Philippians 4:6-7 AMPC
[6] Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition ( definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. [7] And God’s peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Here is one last verse on our exceeding precious promises for the covenant people facing the coronavirus.
Acts 3:25-26 KJV
[25] Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. [26] Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
